Bowker BMW are proud to announce their partnership with Ciceley Motorsport’s British Touring Car Championship Team – Car Gods Racing.
The successful Lancashire based squad are campaigning two new BMW 3 Series in the 2021 British Touring Car Championship with two highly experienced drivers in Tom Chilton and Adam Morgan.
Norman Burgess Commercial Director Ciceley Motorsport “This has got to be our biggest year to date, new title sponsorship, new cars, two top drivers together with our existing concrete, engineers team members and values puts us in the best possible position to do really well in the 2021 British Touring Car Championship and beyond, and gives us great confidence moving toward another new era within the BTCC ‘Hybrid’ for 2022. Tetrosyl really showed their colours last year by standing by us despite the covid pandemic, that’s why they are such a large, powerful, dynamic company that’s respected throughout the industry. Norman continued “Mac Tools also continued to support us, this is their 10th consecutive year supporting the team and we are welcoming Gallagher’s and Haydock Finance on board this year along with Bowker BMW. Really looking forward to getting started now, this season is going to be epic for us.”
Adam Morgan “Testing has been spot on, both Tom and I have really got to grips with the BMW and its rear wheel drive characteristics straight away, we have been on the pace at every test so far and still have another 4 tests to go before the season starts. We are all, the team’s engineers and mechanics very confident that the cars will be ultra-competitive straight out of the box. The cars look amazing, I was blown away when I first saw them in the flesh, as was Tom, we both fell deeply in love straight away, with the cars, not each other! Although we are getting along and working really well together, both at and away from the track. I, like Norman, am just so grateful that Car Gods have granted us this opportunity and continue to provide much needed support to the Ciceley Motorsport team.
