As a Certified Retailer, we are committed to providing an enhanced MINI experience and ultimately benefiting your business.

  • You will have a dedicated corporate team, trained to offer exceptional service tailored to your needs.
  • The corporate team will be on hand to give comprehensive demonstrations of fleet vehicles, answer any questions and help you find the ideal MINI.
  • We promise to keep your business on the move with an industry leading response time to any enquiries.
  • To ensure our exceptional standards of service are maintained, our teams have completed a comprehensive training programme.
  • To provide a premium handover experience while reducing delivery emissions, we offer a choice of local delivery options. You can either collect your new car from us, or have it delivered directly to you.
  • If you choose to have your MINI delivered, you’ll still receive a full and thorough handover. Your handover will be completed by a professional uniformed driver explaining everything you need to know about main features and setting it up.
  • Your new MINI will never have more than 99 miles on the clock when it arrives. It will also arrive with at least half a tank of fuel or 80% electric charge.
  • A member of our team will contact you within 48 hours of your car’s handover to make sure everything is going smoothly and answer any questions.

With our Corporate Aftersales Promise, you’re guaranteed the same unmatched service and specialist corporate support throughout your MINI agreement.

  • Enjoy class-leading response times of no more than 15 minutes to service or repair appointment requests (Monday-Friday). Service Online Requests will be answered within 5 minutes. 
  • If your car needs repairing, our team will triage it within 24 hours to support parts ordering and technician requirements. All follow up appointments will occur within 7 working days, and within 3 days if a warning light is showing.
  • To minimise interruption to your working day, you can access our dedicated customer areas while you wait for your car, enjoying complimentary Wi-Fi and refreshments.
  • After every service or repair, your car will receive a complimentary wash and vacuum. You’ll also receive a complimentary MINI End of Warranty Check.
