The new MINI Operating System 9 opens up a new, intuitive user experience. Thanks to the exquisite OLED touchscreen and your voice-activated MINI Intelligent Personal Assistant, you can enjoy more control, connection and personalisation than ever before. Dive into MINI Experience Modes and explore a variety of immersive worlds, each with its own creative design and sound palette. In Personal Mode, you can use the MINI App to select your own images for the background of the MINI Interaction Unit. The ambient lighting will even automatically adjust to suit the images you’ve chosen. How cool is that?

For example, style levels are specially curated optional equipment packages that let you further tailor your MINI Cooper 5-Door to your personal taste. The Classic style comes as standard. You can individualise the comfort, sportiness or style of your MINI with the Classic, Exclusive or Sport styles.
The MINI Cooper 5-Door comes with the comfort of a big-city car without losing that legendary MINI go-kart feeling. Yes. In your MINI with Operating System 9, you can display and operate the apps of your connected smartphone with Android Auto or Apple CarPlay in the central instrument (“MINI Interaction Unit”).
The MINI App is your companion for a vast set of relevant vehicle features and functionalities. It connects you with your MINI and gives you instant access to your MINI’s status. You can see when your next service is due as well as, check your electric range and charging status, and even use the MINI App as a Digital Key. Remote services let you search for your vehicle in say, a big car park, lock/unlock doors and adjust climate control remotely. It also gives you direct access to your MINI Service Centre.
The MINI Aceman is larger than the MINI Cooper and is the first, purpose-built, all-electric MINI crossover. The MINI Cooper 5-door is petrol-powered and only available with a combustion engine.
